Day wise Planning

Day 1 / 05 Sep, 25 Arrival at Chandigarh (1 Night)
Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour should report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic or International Airport, Mumbai, three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Upon arrival at Chandigarh Airport, your Veena World Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or the sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point.
Your Veena World Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you.

Important Notes:
• For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and airport transfers are at your own cost.
• To avail of the group airport transfers:
• Your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport.
• Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time.
• On the last day, your departure flight must be scheduled after the group’s flight from the same airport in order to avail the group airport transfer.
• Hotel Check-in Time in India: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) or later.
• If your flight arrives in the morning, we include a sightseeing activity before check-in to make the most of your time.
• In case of flight rescheduling—arriving earlier on the first day or leaving later on the last day—Veena World will take care of additional meals or snacks, if any.
• We recommend keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money safe during the tour.
• Always keep Veena World emergency contact details and your Tour Manager’s mobile number with you during the journey.

Upon arrival, we proceed to Chandigarh city – the first planned city of India designed by renowned French Architecture Le Corbusier.

Day 2 / 06 Sep, 25 Chandigarh - Keylong (3 Nights)
Today we proceed to Keylong – a town which stands out as oasis of greenery among the white and brown mountains of Lahaul Spiti region. En route we drive through the new tourist hotspot Atal Tunnel (Subject to Operation) – world's longest tunnel at an altitude of 10,040 feet.

Day 3 / 07 Sep, 25 Keylong
Today we visit Baralacha La Pass via Jispa – a high mountain pass in Zanskar range. Enroute, we visit Deepak Tal – a small lake at a height of 12,300 feet above sea level surrounded by majestic Himalayan Mountains and Suraj Tal – a sacred body of water also known as Lake of the Sun God.
Please note: Deepak Tal and Suraj Tal is situated at a high altitude, which may pose challenges for guests with certain health conditions. Furthermore, for minors, senior citizens, and guests with pre-existing medical conditions, we strongly recommend consulting with your doctor before planning your visit to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Day 4 / 08 Sep, 25 Keylong – Sissu – Keylong
Today we proceed for an excursion to Sissu—a tranquil Himalayan village known for its waterfalls, rivers, and breathtaking mountain views. We'll start with a visit to the Sissu Waterfall, reached by a short, scenic trek. Next, we head to Sissu Lake, a serene man-made lake where we can enjoy a peaceful walk with the cascading waterfall as a stunning backdrop Later, we return back to Keylong. Upon arrival, we visit Shashur Monastery - also known as Shashur Gompa, is a prominent Tibetan Buddhist monastery. In the evening, walk around the town for shopping and to experience the local culture.

Day 5 / 09 Sep, 25 Keylong – Solang Valley – Manali (2 Nights)
Today we proceed to Solang Valley – a splendid valley in Solang village offering magnificent views of the glaciers and snow-capped mountains. Here we enjoy a Ropeway ride and admire the Himalayan mountains. Those who are with adventure spirit can experience thrilling activities like Paragliding, Biking, Trekking and Hiking at an additional cost.

Day 6 / 10 Sep, 25 Manali
Today a spectacular drive will take us to Rohtang Road Snow Point (subject to operation). We have free time to play in the snow and click pictures to our heart’s content. Later we visit Hidimba Mandir – set amidst the snow-covered hills of Manali, this temple is a unique shrine dedicated to Hidimba Devi and Himalayan Nyinmapa Tibetan Buddhist Monastery – known for its architectural beauty. We then have free time for shopping. In the evening, we enjoy bonfire with traditional Himachali Folk Dance followed by dinner.

Please note: Rohtang Road Snow Point is situated at a high altitude, which may pose challenges for guests with certain health conditions. Furthermore, for minors, senior citizens, and guests with pre-existing medical conditions, we strongly recommend consulting with your doctor before planning your visit to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Note: Rohtang pass is 51 kms away from Manali. This Pass is not accessible for almost 8 months in a year, as it is covered by snow. We generally visit the snow point on Rohtang road, which has been permitted by the Border Security Force.
Note: Snow clothes, jackets and gum boots are available on rent in the shops located on Rohtang Road, you can rent it at an additional cost if needed.

Today let’s experience the thrilling activity of River Rafting in the rapids of the cool white waters of Beas River. Later we proceed to Chandigarh.

Group Guests:
Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
