Day wise Planning

Day 1 / 21 Nov, 25 Arrival at Dehradun – Mussoorie (2 Nights)
Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour should report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic or International Airport, Mumbai, three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Upon arrival at Dehradun Airport, your Veena World Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or the sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point.
Your Veena World Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you.

Important Notes:
• For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and airport transfers are at your own cost.
• To avail of the group airport transfers:
• Your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport.
• Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time.
• On the last day, your departure flight must be scheduled after the group’s flight from the same airport in order to avail the group airport transfer.
• Hotel Check-in Time in India: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) or later.
• If your flight arrives in the morning, we include a sightseeing activity before check-in to make the most of your time.
• In case of flight rescheduling—arriving earlier on the first day or leaving later on the last day—Veena World will take care of additional meals or snacks, if any.
• We recommend keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money safe during the tour.
• Always keep Veena World emergency contact details and your Tour Manager’s mobile number with you during the journey.

Upon arrival, we proceed to Mussoorie – also known as Queen of the Hills.

In the evening, we stroll along the famous Mall Road of Mussoorie, enjoying the sights and atmosphere.

Day 2 / 22 Nov, 25 Mussoorie
Today we see the beautiful Kempty Falls, which offers a mesmerizing panoramic view as the water falls from the mountains. Later we enjoy Ropeway Ride at Gun Hill point- a favourite place for viewing picturesque Himalayan range. At Gun Hill point you can photograph yourself in a Pahadi outfit at your own cost. In the evening, we have some free time for shopping.

Day 3 / 23 Nov, 25 Mussoorie – New Tehri (2 Nights)
Today we proceed to New Tehri - a picturesque hill town in Uttarakhand, known for its scenic beauty, adventure opportunities. En route we visit Dhanaulti Eco Park - a peaceful and eco-friendly place in the Garhwal Himalayas of Uttarakhand, surrounded by deodar, oak, and rhododendron trees, offering a calm and relaxing environment. We visit Surkanda Devi Temple - as one of the 51 Shakti Peethas in India, believed to be the location where the head of Goddess Sati fell after she self-immolated.

Day 4 / 24 Nov, 25 New Tehri
Today we visit the Tehri Dam - the tallest dam in India and one of the highest in the world. Later we explore Tehri Lake, Asia's largest man-made lake. Those who are with adventure spirit can experience various water sports like jet skiing, kayaking, and parasailing at an additional cost.

Day 5 / 25 Nov, 25 New Tehri – Rishikesh (2 Nights)
Today we proceed to Rishikesh – known as the "Yoga Capital of the World" and a major center for spiritual learning and adventure. Upon arrival we visit Prati Badri Kedarnath Temple - a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva, Lakshman Mandir - place where Lakshman meditated to attain enlightenment, Lakshman Zhulla - a famous hanging bridge across the river Ganges. In the evening, we experience the mesmerising Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat.

Day 6 / 26 Nov, 25 Rishikesh
Today we take a thrilling experience of White-Water Rafting, followed by the thrill of zip lining amidst the stunning scenery of Rishikesh. In the evening, we have free time for shopping.

Day 7 / 27 Nov, 25 Rishikesh – Dehradun – Departure
Today we proceed to Dehradun.
Group Guests:
Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
