Day wise Planning

Day 1
Cochin to Munnar ( 127 kms – 3.30 hrs)
7 Night - 8 Days Kerala TourArrival at Cochin Airport and transfer to Munnar. Munnar is 1800 mts above sea level and also the place of South India's highest peak (Anamudi - 2695 mts). On the way visit Valara, Cheeyappara waterfalls & Tea Plantations. Check in to Hotel. Afternoon visit Rajamala (Eravikulam National Park - open as per the directions by the forest authorities ), the best place to see NilgiriTahr (Hermitragus Hilarious) - the mountain goat of South India & Tea Museum. Evening have a short visit at Munnar town. You can see the beautiful tea estates like a green paradise. Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 2
Munnar
After breakfast proceed for sightseeing. Visit Mattuppatty Dam, Photo Point, Echo Point, Kundalay Dam, Hydel Park etc. Overnight stay at Munnar.

Day 3
Munnar – Thekkady( 110 Km / 04 Hrs )
7 Night - 8 Days Kerala TourAfter breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Thekkady .Thekkady is a world famous wildlife sanctuary and it is also called as Periyar. On arrival check in at Hotel. Afternoon visit wildlife sanctuary & enjoy the boating ( tickets charges are extra and subject to availability ). Visit spice plantations. Apart from being enjoyable these plantation tours give tourists an insight into the growing, harvesting and processing of spices. Evening will be free for Cultural show ( Kathakali&Kalaripayattu on direct payment ) & local shopping. Overnight stay at Thekkady.


Day 4
Thekkady – JatayuEarth Center – Kovalam ( 180 Km / 04 Hrs )
After breakfast move for Kovalam and on the way visit Jatayu earth center, based on one of the charactar in Ramayana - You can enjoy the adventure rides like cable car and walk around to experience. (Own cost of Rs 500/- per person.) Enjoy evening at the beach. Overnight stay at Kovalam.


Day 5
Kovalam - Trivendram - Kovalam
After breakfast move to visit Trivendram. Trivendram site seeing like Padmanabh swami temple. Kanakkakkunu Palace, Napier museum, KarikkakomChamundadevi temple, Attukal Temple and move to kovalam to enjoy the beach. Overnight stay at Kovalam


Day 6
Kovalam – Kanyakumari – Kovalam( 100 Km / 02 Hrs)
After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Kanyakumari. Visit Vivekanand Trust memorial, Kanyakumari Devi Temple, Vivekananda Rock and Gandhi Mandap. Return to kovalam.


.Day 7
Kovalam to Alleppy ( 160 kms – 4.30hrs)
7 Night - 8 Days Kerala TourAfter breakfast move to visit Alleppy, the backwater of Kerala. Enjoy the serene beauty of backwater. Overnight stay at Alleppy houseboat.


Day 8
Alleppy to Cochin ( 53 kms – 1.30 hrs)
After breakfast move to catch the flight / Train to Rajkot.
