Day 1 / 25 Feb, 26
Arrival at Chandigarh – Shimla (1 Night)
Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure)
Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour should report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic or International Airport, Mumbai, three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time.
Upon arrival at Chandigarh Airport, your Veena World Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or the sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World
If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point.
Your Veena World Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you.

Important Notes:
• For Joining & Leaving guests, flight tickets and airport transfers are at your own cost.
• To avail of the group airport transfers:
• Your arrival airport must match the scheduled group arrival airport.
• Your arrival time should be at least one hour before the scheduled group flight arrival time.
• On the last day, your departure flight must be scheduled after the group’s flight from the same airport in order to avail the group airport transfer.
• Hotel Check-in Time in India: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM (12:00 hrs) or later.
• If your flight arrives in the morning, we include a sightseeing activity before check-in to make the most of your time.
• In case of flight rescheduling—arriving earlier on the first day or leaving later on the last day—Veena World will take care of additional meals or snacks, if any.
• We recommend keeping your travel documents, valuables, and money safe during the tour.
• Always keep Veena World emergency contact details and your Tour Manager’s mobile number with you during the journey.

Upon arrival, we proceed to Shimla - known as the Queen of Hills, the spot is famous for its scenic beauty, colonial-era architecture and pleasant climate.

On our way, we take a refreshing break at Pinjore Garden, a splendid example of Mughal-style landscaping. Wander through its seven descending terraces, marvel at the elegant pavilions and let the fountains bring you a moment of serenity. Later, as we arrive in Shimla, we gather for a warm Meet and Greet session to get to know our fellow travellers. Today’s dinner is by Veena World.

Day 2 / 26 Feb, 26 Shimla – Sangla (1 Night)
Today’s journey leads us deeper into the heart of Himachal as we drive to the enchanting valley of Sangla, nestled beside the Baspa River. En route, we climb up to Hatu Peak, the second highest in Shimla district. The panoramic views from the top are simply awe-inspiring—snow-draped mountains, whispering pine forests, and meadows that stretch to the sky.
Our next stop is the revered Bhimkali Temple at Sarahan—one of the 51 Shakti Peethas, where ancient legends and stunning Himalayan architecture come together in sacred harmony. Today’s lunch and dinner are arranged by Veena World.

Day 3 / 27 Feb, 26 Sangla – Nako (1 Night)
This morning, we step back in time with a visit to Kamru Fort, once the capital of Bashahr principality. Perched at 2600 meters, its wooden balconies and the shrine of Kamakhya Devi tell tales of a rich royal past. Just around the corner, we visit Shree Bairing Nag Ji Temple, a true marvel of Himalayan temple architecture.
From here, we journey to the mystical town of Nako. Along the way, witness the dramatic confluence of Sutlej and Spiti Rivers at Khab—a natural marvel carved through time. Once in Nako, we explore Nako Gompa, an 11th-century monastery rich in Vajrayana Buddhist art. Then, unwind by the serene Nako Lake, fringed with willows and poplars, and enjoy a calm boat ride in this peaceful high-altitude haven. Today’s lunch and dinner are arranged by Veena World.

Day 4 / 28 Feb, 26 Nako – Gue – Tabo – Kaza (2 Nights)
Today’s journey takes us to Kaza, the soul of Spiti Valley and a place where rugged terrain meets timeless spirituality. On the way, we stop at the tiny village of Gue, home to the remarkable Gue Mummy—a naturally preserved monk whose serene presence has captivated visitors for years.
We then head to Tabo Monastery, a 1000-year-old treasure trove of murals and scriptures, often referred to as the 'Ajanta of the Himalayas.' Today’s lunch is by Veena World and later in the evening enjoy your time-off in Kaza to have dinner on your own.

Day 5 / 01 Mar, 26 Kaza
Start your day with breathtaking vistas at Dhankar Monastery, a cliffside marvel perched nearly 3,900 meters above sea level. The views of the Spiti River below are truly soul stirring.
Next, we explore Hikkim, home to the world’s highest post office—send a postcard from here and be part of postal history! Then off to Langza, often called the Fossil Village, where ancient sea fossils whisper tales from millions of years ago.
Finally, we drive up to Komic, Asia's highest village accessible by a motorable road. Sip on traditional Seabuckthorn tea, try Tibetan bread, and enjoy the surreal silence that only a place like this can offer. Today’s lunch is by Veena World and later in the evening enjoy your time-off again in Kaza to have dinner on your own.

Day 6 / 02 Mar, 26 Kaza – Kalpa (1 Night)
Our morning begins with a stop at the jaw-dropping Chicham Bridge, one of the highest in Asia. Suspended over a dramatic gorge, it connects the villages of Chicham and Kibber—a feat of engineering amidst nature.
We then visit the majestic Key Monastery, the largest in Spiti, a vibrant center for Buddhist learning and spirituality. With its tiered structure clinging to the hillside, it’s a sight to behold.
From here, we journey to Kalpa, known for its tranquil charm and orchards of blooming apples. Today’s lunch and dinner are arranged by Veena World.

Day 7 / 03 Mar, 26 Kalpa – Shimla (1 Night)
Wake up to views of the mighty Kinnaur Kailash, a sacred peak revered by Hindus and Buddhists alike (weather permitting). Next, we venture to the thrilling Roghi Cliff Point, where the cliffside views will take your breath away—literally!
After soaking in these panoramic sights, we head back to Shimla, returning to the lap of its colonial grace.
Today’s lunch and dinner are arranged by Veena World.

Day 8 / 04 Mar, 26 Shimla – Chandigarh – Departure
As our journey winds down, we enjoy one last breakfast together, cherishing the mountain moments, laughter, and friendships made along the way.

Group Guests:
Guests traveling on the scheduled group flight will proceed to the airport as per the group’s departure time.

Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests:
J&L guests will proceed to the airport after the scheduled group tour concludes.
If your flight timing and airport match the group’s, you may join the group airport transfer. Otherwise, the cost of reaching the airport, cruise terminal, railway station, or bus terminal will be borne by the guest.
