Day wise Planning

Day 1 : Munnar
Cochin to Munnar | Green Ridge | 0km from Munnar
• Pick up from Cochin and drive to Munnar.
• Visit Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls, Tea Plantations and Spice Garden on the way.
• Reaching Munnar, rest for the day at the hotel.

Day 2 : Munnar
Munnar | Green Ridge | 0km from Munnar
• Suggest starting at 9 am for visiting Eravikulam National park, followed by Tea Museum.
• Post lunch, visit Mattuppetty dam, Echo point, Kundala Lake, Viewpoints, Pothamedu
view point and Botanical Garden.
• Note: The Eravikulam National Park tickets can be either booked in advance or
purchased from the counter.
• The park is closed from Feb to April due to the breeding time of Nilgiri Tahr.
• Tea Museum is closed on Mondays.

Day 3 : Thekkady
Munnar to Thekkady | The Patio | 1km from Thekkady
• Suggest to start by 9am as Munnar to Thekkady drive will take 3-4 hours.
• On reaching Thekkady, you may go for boating in Periyar Lake to watch the Periyar wild • life sanctuary (Tickets can be either booked in advance or purchased from the counter).
In the evening, you can enjoy optional activities like Kathakali, Elephant ride, Elephant
bath, Musical fountain, and Ayurveda massages on direct payment basis.

Day 4 : Thekkady
Thekkady | The Patio | 1km from Thekkady
• When you have two nights at Thekkady, either relax or continue with the missedout activities mentioned above.
• You can even go for eco-tourism activities such as a full-day Gavi tour, trekking, Bamboo
rafting, natural walking, Green walking, tiger trail, jungle patrol, etc (all are optional with
separate entrance fees).
• Overnight stay at Thekkady (Read our blog on Thekkady for more details).

Day 5 : Alleppey
Thekkady to Alleppey | KTDC Ripple Land | 2.5 km from alleppy
• Drive to a resort at Alleppey.
• Visit Alleppey beach and can go shopping.
• Enjoy the amenities in the resort for a day.
• Overnight stay at the same resort.

Day 6 : Alleppey
Alleppey to Cochin drop
• Visit Alleppey beach and drop at Cochin.
• Subject to availability of time, we provide complimentary Cochin sightseeing covering
fort Cochin, the Navy Museum, St Francis Church, the Chinese Fishing Net, Santa Cruz
Cathedral Basilica, Mattanchery Palace, Jewish Synagogue, Marine Drive, Marine
Walkway, boating, Tripunithura Hill Palace.
• If interested, can go for a shopping at Cochin.
• Our representative will drop you at Cochin Airport/Railway station/Bus stand and
will extend necessary support required there.
• Drive back to your hometown with the sweet memories of the Kerala trip.
• Tripunithura Hill Palace opens from 9 AM to 5 PM and is closed on Monday.
• The Dutch palace is closed on Friday.
• The synagogue opens from 10 AM to 1 PM and 3 to 5 PM and is closed on Friday and
Saturday.
