Day wise Planning

Day 1 : Arrival
Drive from Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) to Darjeeling - 70 Kms, Travel time: 3 - 4 hours. Night stay at Darjeeling.

Meals & Drinks Dinner

Day 2 : Early Morning (04:00 A.m.) - Tiger Hill, Ghoom Monastery & Batasia Loop.
Post Breakfast - Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Rock Climbing (Tenzing Rock), Tea Garden, Japanese Temple, Museum, Ava Art Gallery.
Optional - Ropeway & Toy Train (At extra payment for tickets payable by the guest directly).
Night stay at Darjeeling.

Day 3 : Drive from Darjeeling to Pelling – 80 Kms, Travel Time: 4 – 5 Hours.
Pelling Sightseeing (Half Day)
Pemayangtse Monastery (17th Century), Rabdentse Palace Ruins (17th Century), Chhangay Twin Water Fall (300 m), Dentam Valley View, College River.
OR
Coronation Throne Norbugang (1642 A.D.), Kathog Lake, Kathog Gumpa, Khecheopalri Lake, Khangchendzonga Water Falls, Rimbi Water Falls.Night stay at Pelling.

Day 4 : Drive from Pelling to Gangtok Via Namchi (south Sikkim)
Sightseeing in Namchi - Tea Garden, Namchi Bazaar, Samdruptse, Solopok Chardham, Sai Mandir. Night stay at Gangtok.

Day 5 : Gangtok to Lachung
Drive from Gangtok to Lachung - 125 Kms, Altitude: 8610 ft. / 2624 m in North Sikkim, Travel Time: 6 - 7 hours.

Photographs (2 each) and Photo copy of ID proofs (Aadhar Card & PAN Card are not permissible) of all guests travelling, are required for processing of permit. Small halts on the way to enjoy the scenic beauty of Hills and Waterfalls.
Evening free for a stroll in the local market.
Night stay at Lachung.

Day 6 : Excursion Trip to Yumthang Valley
Drive from Lachung to Yumthang Valley - 25 kms, Altitude: 11800 ft. / 3597 m, Travel time: 2 hours approximately (One Way).
Yumthang is an Alpine flower valley in North Sikkim. Here you can enjoy the scenic landscape and hot spring.

Zero Point
Optional: Yumesamdong Valley (altitude: 16000 ft. / 4877 m) for Indian Tourists only.
From Yumthang Valley you can also drive for another 30 kms (Travel Time: 1.5 - 2 hours) to Yumesamdong or Zero

Point - close to Tibet Border (at an extra cost).
Drive back to Lachung in the afternoon.

Post Lunch: Drive from Lachung to Gangtok via Chungthang (Altitude: 5550 ft. / 1675 m) - 125 kms, Travel Time: 5 - 6 hours.
Night stay at Gangtok

Day 7 : Gangtok Local Sightseeing – 6 hours
Rumtek Monastery, Shanti View Point, Ganesh Tok, Do - Drul Chorten Stupa, Gonjang Monastery, Tashi View Point, Bakthang Falls, Cottage Industries Emporium, Flower Show. Optional - Ropeway & Paragliding (at extra payment for tickets payable by the guest directly).
Night stay at Gangtok.

Day 8 : Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir
Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir (New) - with Alternate Sightseeing Early Morning (0730 A.M.) - Changu (Tsomgo) Lake & Baba Mandir.

Photographs (2 each) and Photo copy of ID proofs (Aadhar Card & PAN Card are not permissible) of all guests travelling, are required for processing of permit.
In case trip to Changu (Tsomgo) Lake & Baba Mandir is not possible due to Road or Weather conditions, alternate sightseeing would be provided.
Night stay at Gangtok.
