DAY 01: ARRIVE DELHI
Arrival at Delhi Airport. Traditional welcome & transfer to hotel. Overnight stay.

DAY 02: DELHI – MANALI (570 KM / 12 HRS)
Breakfast & free time in Delhi. Afternoon drive to Manali. Overnight journey / hotel.

DAY 03: MANALI (2050 M)
Explore Hadimba Temple, Vashishtha, Old Manali & Mall Road. Overnight in hotel.
Meals: B/L/D

DAY 04: MANALI – DHUNDHI – BAKKARTHATCH (3390 M)
Drive via Solang Valley to Dhundhi. Trek through boulders & meadows to Bakkarthatch. Overnight in tents.
Meals: B/L/D

DAY 05: BAKKARTHATCH (Training Day)
Snowcraft & mountaineering training (use of crampons, ice axe, ropes, etc.). Overnight in tents.
Meals: B/L/D

DAY 06: ACCLIMATIZATION TREK
Trek to Advance Base Camp (4150 M) & return to Base Camp. Overnight tents.
Meals: B/L/D

DAY 07: TREK TO ADVANCE CAMP (4150 M)
Full trek & overnight stay at Advance Camp.
Meals: B/L/D

DAY 08: SUMMIT DAY – FRIENDSHIP PEAK (5289 M)
Early morning climb to summit (~6 hrs). Panoramic views of Pir Panjal & Dhauladhar ranges. Return to Base Camp. Overnight tents.
Meals: B/L/D

DAY 09: BUFFER DAY
Reserved for weather conditions.
Meals: B/L/D

DAY 10: BASE CAMP – MANALI
Descend to Dhundhi & drive to Manali. Hotel stay.
Meals: B/L/D

DAY 11: MANALI – DELHI
Drive back to Delhi. Overnight stay.
Meals: B/L/D

DAY 12: DEPART DELHI
Breakfast, check-out & transfer to airport for onward flight.
