Day wise Planning
Day 1 Arrival in Guwahati | Local Sightseeing
Arrive at Guwahati Airport/Railway Station and kickstart your Northeast adventure.
Start your day with a spiritual visit to the revered Kamakhya Temple, one of the oldest and most revered Shakti Peethas in India
Followed by a peaceful stop at the Umananda Temple, a riverside temple located on Peacock Island in the Brahmaputra
If time permits, you can enjoy a scenic Brahmaputra River Cruise or explore Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra for a cultural glimpse of Assam.

Day 2 Guwahati to Dirang
After breakfast, begin your journey into the mountains as we drive to Dirang.
En route, we’ll stop at the Tipi Orchidarium, home to over 7500 varieties of orchids.
Drive alongside the gorgeous Dirang River and soak in the stunning views before checking into your hotel.

Day 3
Exploring Dirang | Visit Sangti Valley
Today is dedicated to exploring Dirang’s hidden gems.
Visit the serene Sangti Valley, known for its lush meadows and seasonal black-necked cranes.
Continue to the Hot Water Springs and Dirang Dzong, a centuries-old fort and village showcasing traditional Monpa architecture
And the beautifully built Thupsung Dhargye Monastery. Take in the peace and quiet of this lesser-known Himalayan town.

Day 4 Dirang to Tawang via Sela Pass
Get ready for a scenic high-altitude drive to Tawang.
Cross the iconic Sela Pass, a snow-covered mountain pass located at 13,700 ft above sea level and pause at the shimmering Sela Lake.
Stop at the heroic Jaswant Garh War Memorial, dedicated to a brave Indian soldier.
If time allows, visit the magnificent Tawang Monastery, the second-largest in the world.

Day 5 Excursion to Bumla Pass, Madhuri Lake & Chumi Gyatse Falls
Start early for a thrilling full-day excursion.
Visit the high-altitude Bumla Pass (subject to permits) located at the Indo-China border.
Next, head to the postcard-perfect Madhuri Lake (a.k.a. Shonga-tser Lake), made famous by the Bollywood movie “Koyla.”
End the day at the sacred Chumi Gyatse Falls, known for its 108 rivulets.

Day 6 Day Trip to Zemithang | Return to Tawang
Take a scenic drive to the quaint village of Zemithang, nestled near the Bhutan border.

Explore peaceful Monpa villages surrounded by pine forests and mountains before returning to Tawang.

Day 7 Tawang to Bomdila via Jung Falls
After breakfast, begin your descent towards Bomdila.

Day 8 Bomdila to Kaziranga
Today is a long but scenic drive as we leave the hills behind and head to the wildlife-rich Kaziranga National Park in Assam.

Day 9 Kaziranga Safari | Drive to Guwahati for Departure
Wake up early for a thrilling Jeep Safari into the grasslands of Kaziranga, home to the endangered one-horned rhinoceros, elephants, wild buffaloes, and a variety of birdlife.
After breakfast, we’ll begin our journey back to Guwahati for your onward travel.
Trip Ends with unforgettable memories!
